By booking or visiting Cenote Xcajum you accept the following terms.
Bookings and payments
- Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include exactly what is listed for each experience.
- Booking online holds your spot; you pay at the ticket booth when you arrive (or by bank transfer if agreed). We don't process card payments online yet.
- You will receive a booking reference and a QR code to show at the entrance.
Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked date. Later cancellations, late arrivals or no-shows may not be refundable.
Park rules
- Biodegradable sunscreen only, to protect the cenote.
- Life jackets are required for swimming; please follow staff instructions at all times.
- Open daily, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Liability
You visit at your own risk and agree to follow all safety measures. The park is not responsible for personal belongings; please use the lockers provided.
